• A 50% deposit is required before production starts.

Timelines & Variations

• Custom orders take 8-12 weeks to complete.

• Due to the handmade nature of ceramics, slight variations in colour and shape may occur.

Cancellations & Refunds

• Custom orders cannot be cancelled or refunded once production has begun.
